Job Summary
Plan and monitor day-to-day sales’ team activities; Promote and sell the company’s products with the objective to achieve the profit margin and customer satisfaction within established policies, standards, practices; and supplier’s conditions.
General Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and critical Tasks
1. PLANNING - Realisable of proposal
Collect information about customer, product, market, competitors; analyze and propose team's sales and marketing plans; in order to reports

2. MARKETING
Direct market research activities including: market study, analysing and report development; Evaluate sales’ recommendations and make proposal of viability of products, market segment and target customers; plan and manage marketing activities in order to provide information for manager to make decision on business opportunities and increase customers’ awareness of products
3. PRODUCT SOURCING
Identify new products, search for potential suppliers, contact and
negotiate purchasing contract terms with targeted suppliers in order
to get news product entering the market
4. SALES
Monitor day-to-day activities of sales process; Visit customer to promote sales, assess customer needs and potentials, technical advice products, collect cost and propose profit margin, develop contract, negotiate contract terms, conclude sales; follow up payment schedule, chasing customer and propose solution for outstanding debt; in order to achieve sales target
5. TENDER DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Complete commercial section; monitor the proposal development; check the completion of tender document in order to meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer.
6. DELIVERY PROCESS
Collect product sample, approve order confirmation, arrange order
inspection, monitor delivery schedule, guide customer on custom clearance; organise pre-installation; follow-up installation and commissioning activities; conduct training; in order to process customer’s orders.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Visit customer; build and maintain positive customer relationship; receive complaints; identify & propose solutions for warranty issues; co-ordinate with relevant departments and supplier for
troubleshooting: in order to maintain and improve the customer relationships
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Engineer experience in machinery or equipment.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of foreign trade regulations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
