Description: 

Job Summary

• Provide support for training, consulting, and medical knowledge acquisition to assist Sales and Marketing team, as well as provide product knowledge to customers.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cooperation and relationships with leading HCPs in Vietnam.

• Collaborate with HCPs and initiate healthcare initiatives, including publications, advisory boards, healthcare educational opportunities, training, and speaker development.

• Serve as a scientific information resource for external non-clinical experts and internal stakeholders.

• Develop a strategy, identify, and profile according to influential experts in the medical field or relevant research in alignment with established healthcare plans and goals.

• Provide healthcare and scientific information to address technical inquiries from KOLs and HCPs regarding disease pathology, product information, and handling issues.

• Deliver clinical insights on research data and new treatment guidelines to Marketing and Sales team to help develop marketing materials and commercial strategies.

• Collaborate with medical writers to develop scientific content to support the educational platform.

• Responsible for conducting therapeutic presentations for HCPs.

• Review and advise on healthcare communication and materials, ensuring scientific accuracy for healthcare-related documents and marketing materials.

• Consult on drugs/indications for qualitative products

• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Proactive, time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

• Strong initiative and effective teamwork within cross-functional teams.

• Good self-learning and independent work capabilities, including research, drafting, and presenting medical documents.

• Must be a proactive team player, adaptable, and able to work under different circumstances 

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
