Title:  Manager Technical Services

Job Summary

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers to retain and develop customer install base while performing thorough installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and product enhancement activities on medical devices instrumentation and systems.
• Responsible to meet Service Delivery Key Performance Indicators while maintaining costs and achieving sales revenue targets. 

General Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service at the customer, and in-house repairs to various medical instrument systems.  

• Responsible for installation and after-sales services support for medical device systems. 

• Provide technical product training and user functionality training to customers when required.  

• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction by nature of your conduct and attention to detail.  

• Present the Company in the best light at all times.  

• Carry out all preventive maintenance according to documented schedules.  

• Assist with telephone-based queries from customers and suppliers  

• Escalate technical and sales/customer issues to higher-level management 

• Work with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of service department activities.  

• Undergo formal and on-the-job training in Vietnam and abroad, as necessary.  

• Report any sales opportunity to the sales manager.  

• Be flexible in filling other roles as may be required from time to time.  

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English. Ability to read technical documents in English (required). 

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• At least two years of experience working in the same position. 

• Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing IVD and ophthalmology machines is quite an advantage. 

• Ability to work independently as well as in team collaboration. 

Education

Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanic, Bio-Engineering) or related field
