Title: Manager Talent Acquisition

Job Summary
· Drive the recruitment of Healthcare Business in meeting business and organizational needs;
· Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective execution of hiring plans, performance management, and capability development;
· Support the Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) in the planning and implementation of country talent acquisition strategies and activities, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
General Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
· Lead the recruitment efforts for the Healthcare Business, ensuring alignment with business and organizational needs
· Manage and develop a team of 2 - 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering capability growth and high performance
· Design and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on senior and management-level hiring
· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, leveraging market insights and data-driven reporting to inform decisions
Employer Branding & TA Projects (30%)
· Support the Director, Talent Acquisition in driving country-level strategies and transformation projects, including employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programs
· Champion DKSH’s employer brand through creative, multichannel campaigns and proactive talent pipeline development across various platforms and engagement channels
Functional Skills and Knowledge
· Experienced in leading and developing recruitment teams
· Skilled in sourcing tools, social media hiring, behavioral interviews, and onboarding
· Familiar with Pharma recruitment; prior experience preferred
· Strong project and time management abilities
· Able to align team efforts with organizational goals and values
· Effective in managing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders
· Data-driven approach to performance tracking and process improvement
Education
· Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
· Professional fluency in English
