Title: Manager Services Development & Marketing

Job Summary
- Deliver insights and strategic value propositions to internal and external clients enabling them to accelerate growth and/or be more productive through market analytics and business solutions.
- Coordinate with agency/ freelancers to conduct market research project
- Consolidate different data sources to provide holistic market information.
- Work with different database effectively and structurally. Involvement in automation process to be more efficient in generating report.
General Responsibilities
- Support Director in developing client specific strategic and tactical business proposals. Translate client integrated data sources to actionable insights. Develop a detailed, strategic analytical framework to measure the effectiveness of all reports.
- Lead grassroots efforts around quantitative and qualitative research to inform brand & promotional strategies, track customer perceptions, and monitor competitive trends
- Build dashboards and reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly distribution to senior stakeholders for high-level understanding of impact of sales initiatives
- Provide ad-hoc analysis on various marketing, merchandising or strategic initiatives as necessary
- Involvement in automation process to increase working efficiency and productivity.
- Influence clients on using research strategies and business analytics solutions for profitable growth
- Develop cross functional partnerships with DKSH Healthcare business partners to benchmark business intelligence best practices
- Ensure effective problem resolution within agreed timelines with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders, e.g. Omni-channel sales & marketing, hospital channel, Full Alliance, Client Management, IT and Business Development
- Develop and present client pitches to generate new revenue through AIS
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate business development experience in applying business development principles for medium- to large-sized companies in similar industries
- Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
- Demonstrate application of market research and audit conclusions to decision-making
- Proven client and customer account management skills
- Demonstrate skill set to work with big data
- Demonstrate experience in pharmaceutical industry, sales/marketing environments
- Demonstrate professional and efficient business presentation skills and ability to win new business
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge with trends and new developments in the industry, customer needs and professional expertise
- Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
- Demonstrate passion in analytics and research
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Power BI, SQL, Access experience will be advantage
Education
- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing preferred
- Other qualifications related to the technical know-how work area (e.g. engineering, chemical, medical devices, etc.) will be considered
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, market research, business intelligence, business analytics, business development related work, etc.
