About The Role

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Consumer Goods serves as a strategic people partner to business leaders within DKSH's Consumer Goods Business Unit, enabling commercial growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability at scale. This role shapes and executes people strategies that build a high-performing sales and operations organization while fostering an engaging and inclusive culture across a large and diverse workforce.

What You Will Deliver

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Consumer Goods leadership teams on all people-related matters, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies that drive commercial growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, manpower optimization, and transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and talent risk management.
  • Provide strategic guidance on succession pipelines, talent risks, and long-term organizational capability to support sustainable business growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions, particularly within Sales and Field Operations.
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness, turnover trends, and workforce analytics to inform business decisions and support leadership in attracting, identifying, and retaining top talent.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions, partnering with business leaders and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen sales capabilities, frontline leadership, and management effectiveness, and support career development and internal mobility programs to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management practices, coaching, and continuous feedback, supporting leaders in navigating performance improvement initiatives and organizational challenges.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and implement action plans that address key opportunities and improve overall organizational health.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and Human Resources Operations teams to manage salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and annual HR cycles, providing recommendations that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Utilize people analytics to monitor key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, productivity, talent movement, and engagement, translating insights into impactful workforce decisions.
  • Act as the primary HR advisor on employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, coaching managers to handle issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards, and support employee communication and change management efforts.
  • Lead and support key HR initiatives and transformation projects within the Consumer Goods business, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide people programs effectively.
  • Champion change management initiatives and drive adoption of digital HR solutions to continuously improve HR processes and the employee experience.

What You Bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting commercial, sales, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), consumer goods, distribution, or related businesses
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales-driven organizations and frontline workforce dynamics
  • Proven experience in talent management, organization development, employee relations, and change management
  • Solid knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage people data for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
