Job Summary

General Responsibilities

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of spare parts sales/service operations: Strong understanding of the spare parts/ service operations of diesel engines and power generator including: market trends, product specifications, and customer needs, to effectively manage sales strategies and meet customer demands.
- Sales leadership and team management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, with expertise in setting clear goals, driving performance, and conducting performance reviews.
- Negotiation and contract management: Advanced skills in negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Data analysis and sales forecasting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market reports, and financial metrics to develop accurate sales forecasts, track performance, and optimize sales strategies.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 05 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Minimum 08 years' experience in sales role.
