Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, dealing commercial terms with suppliers & build marketing plan for products
General Responsibilities
- Select products for GPO & Negotiate with clients on purchasing prices/ scheme to ensure cost-effective procurement of healthcare products.
- Design trade marketing strategy to sell products.
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating sales team and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts related GPO project
- Customers relationship management
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for services and products.
- Ensure KPIs of GPO target as expectation.
- Coordinate with internal resources to review/tracking/update KPIs performance for internal/external.
- Doing report for internal/external related GPO project, collect market insights and identify opportunities to maximize the sales.
- Design the risks in the business with proposed actions to mitigation plan.
- Monitor the business operation that is aligned with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial/Business/Sales Operation
- Had experience in pharmacy channel & well understand business and regulations
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are usually required.
- Well-established networking and positive relationships with KOLs in the local healthcare community.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proactive, time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Strong initiative and effective teamwork within cross-functional teams.
- Must be a proactive team player, adaptable, and able to work under different circumstances.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields
