Title: Executive Inventory Management Planning

1. Demand Planning
- Demand planning for Pharma Suppliers.
- Working closely with the Commercial, Marketing teams on forecast for all products.
- Understanding and documenting forecast dynamics (e.g. seasonality, Promotion scheme...)
- Challenge Sale Forecast where appropriate with Account Managers.
- Make demand Planning by generate SSO.
- Analysis and generate Forecast Accuracy Report by SKU.
2. Purchasing
- Create PO and get all Signatures then send to Supplier.
- Working closely with all Suppliers on purchasing of product.
- Control PO: order quantity, SKU, Price, Delivery lead lime, Payment term.
- Follow up Delivery term to make sure PO will be received on time.
- Manage communications and relationships with all suppliers.
- Create PO on SAP and maintain all Transaction in SAP.
- Coordinate with Logistics, FA team to post goods receipt to SAP system.
- Create Vendor for new suppliers.
3. Inventory Management
- Follow up delivery schedule from Supplier.
- Control inventory by delay or advance shipment to make sure stock healthy
- Manage inventory levels to maximize customer service and inventory turns.
- Perform analysis and make recommendations on inventory levels, costs, forecasts.
- Expedite orders as required per the forecast or actual sales changes to balance inventory levels in support of targeted inventory levels.
- Resolve product quality, quantity, and damage issues reported by receiving, warehousing, and quality control.
- Control inventory cost as agreed with suppliers and avoid OOS situation.
4. BTA (Branch Transfer Advise)
- Handling BTA planning from VSIP to HN, DN based on below criteria: last 3 months sale historical, request from Regional Sale and Account team.
- Working closely with Regional Sale team and Account team to finalize quantity need to be replenish.
- Hand over BTA planning to Logistics team to pick, pack and arrange transportation.
- Solve any issue related BTA and ad hoc request.
