Title:  *Executive, Application Engineering & Project Management (HCM)

Job Summary

• Manage progress and quality of service deliverable with the objective to ensure service’s quality and timeframe of deliverable within product techniques and service standards.

General Responsibilities

1. Project preparation and planning
   • Research and study project information, order and supervise fabrication; priority tasks, organize project team and allocate individual responsibilities; and make installation procedure
2. Project Supervision
   • Monitor progress and performance of installation works from dealers, sub-contractors and suppliers; get advice for out of frame; keep sales team information for any deviation
3. Project completion
   • Gather information and complete as-built document and other handover documentation
4.  Process improvement
   • Recommend improvement of supervising system; Review and recommend work’s process, technical service procedures and standard policies; monitor implementation plan
5.  Staff management/development
   • Mange day-to-day activities of AE engineer team; coach and mentor engineers, schedules and allocate works, monitor team performance
6. Other Monitor the jobs to be conducted timely at standard quality required.
   • Ensure smooth communication with other departments and BU Manage the project group to meet the requirement of customer.
   • Provide the estimation to the Project supervisor/manager.
   • Study and understand the project technical schedule.
   • Survey and inspect the project site.
   • Define the scope of supply
   • Prepare the compliance and design the system to meet the project requirement.
   • Develop the lay out details, document required for installation.
   • Propose and deal with suitable sub-contractor/ship builder on the project schedule.
   • Guide and supervise the installation. Review the installation.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Project management

Fluent English, Computer skill

Education

• Degree (Mechanical/Electrical)

Working Experience

• 3 year working experience in service group supervision.
