Job Summary
Supply chain collaboration with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
General Responsibilities
To prepare operational report and presentation for internal andexternal stakeholders in monthly business operation review meeting. Proactively lead the topics in meeting, follow up with MoM to ensure actions are taken (meeting with clients, customers, internal)
Prepare Supply Chain KPIs for clients and key customers and monitor the performance
Develop collaborative relationships with clients and customers to improve supply chain performance
Act as Representative contact point for Supply Chain matters to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively take lead in ad-hoc projects related to SCM cross functions required by internal and external stakeholders. Cascade information and control timeline to make sure SCM functions follow the instructions on time and correctly
Coordinate with internal department on Logistics and Order Fulfillment related enquiries
Build strong partnership with key 3PL clients and stakeholders by joint business review.
Collaborated with Logistics team to monitor and control the movement of goods and Services to customers smoothly
Monthly report for relevant KPIs such as OTIF...and related documentations

Education
Background in Supply Chain / Business Administration.
