General Responsibilities

Job Description: 

1. UX/UI & Store Optimization:

  • Review and enhance store UX/UI monthly to improve conversion and campaign performance.

  • Plan design assets, brief layouts for shop-in-shop, landing pages, and product visuals.

  • Coordinate with brand, design, and KAM teams to ensure visual alignment with promotion plans.

  • Set up and monitor onsite assets and calendars to ensure timely go-live.

2. Product SEO & Content Accuracy:

  • Ensure product listings are accurate and SEO-optimized (titles, images, descriptions).

  • Work with platforms and PMC team to align with standards and boost search performance.

3. Engagement & Customer Retention (CRM/CEM & Video):

  • Plan and execute CRM/CEM activities based on monthly promotion calendar.

  • Create and schedule video content, from ideation to posting.

  • Track performance and optimize based on data.

4. Livestream Campaigns:

  • Prepare and coordinate livestream materials and support with platforms.

  • Ensure smooth technical setup and execution.

  • Analyze results and optimize future livestreams.

5. Others:

  • Support paid ads top-up process, participate in internal meetings, and submit reports as required.

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce operations, especially in FMCG sector.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki (shop setup, campaign execution, SEO/SEM).
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI to optimize user experience and conversion.
  • Skills in content planning, CRM/CEM, and video/livestream coordination.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Good command of English communication skills
  • Preferred at least 2 years of experience in this similar role
