Title:  *Executive, Demand Planning

Job Summary

• This position will be responsible for demand planning and management processes for new and existing products.
  
  Key objectives will be:
  
  
  • Develop 18 months unconstrained demand plan based on Marketing and Sales assumption
  • Manage market performance (value & volume)
  • Manage Clients promotion and plans
  • Customer Case Fill Rate: Ensure readiness for new clients and products

General Responsibilities

• Build Forecast & Demand Sense Check

Portfolio Management

• Co-manage Product Master Data with CM and MM team e.g. active/inactive/launch for all types product (single/BOM)
• Clean / Adjust outliers to maintain “clean” historical sale for baseline forecast

Develop Forecast for SNOP

• Develop agreed 18 months unconstrained demand plan (Net Sales & Gross Sale) based on Marketing & Sales assumption
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities. (New launch / Past performance)
• Identify Opportunities and actions to convert Opportunities to Net Sales
• Defined action plans to address gaps
• Conduct Demand Planning Meeting
• Work with clients, customers, CMs, sales team and Material management (MM) team to improve forecast accuracy.
• Manage monthly forecast upload schedule into SAP for preparation of Purchase Forecast and Purchase Order Placement from MM team.
• Tracking Promotion Plan / Scheme running
• Tracking & update the progress of activation scheme to related stakeholders (supply / resource planning) for preparation
• Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Tracking Customer Order Fill Rate & Translate LE
• Monitoring offtake vs forecast committed (of current month)
• Review MTD sales vs Forecast for properly alert for weekly meeting
• Develop rolling-8-week forecast by SKU by region and coordinate weekly LE updates for stock allocation management from MM
• Provide info for Supply planner for supply planning (placing PO) & resource planning (Brand Transfer Advise / RRC)

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• At least 1-2 years experience in Demand
• Experience in SAP, Statistical Modeling or any Demand Planning tools is a plus
• Demand Planning experience in FMCG is preferable
• Competent knowledge of forecasting and analysis techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Advanced Excel skills
• Energetic, Proactive, Good Attitude
• Good at Writing and Speaking in English

Education

• Bachelor or MBA/certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related field
