Job Summary
This position is responsible for driving impactful learning experiences and fostering a strong people-centric culture across the organization.
The Capability & Culture Executive owns end-to-end learning programs and LMS operations, ensuring seamless learning program arragement, insightful tracking, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
This role also supports skey culture and engagement programs, helping create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
In addition, the role leads HR social media content strategy and execution, amplifying employer branding and storytelling around people, culture, and capability building.
General Responsibilities

Learning Programs and Learning Management System Operations (60%)
- Own end-to-end learning programs and LMS operations (SuccessFactors) covering learning programs communication, scheduling, logistics, facilitator co-ordination, recording learning hours on LMS and operational follow-through.
- Monitor monthly learning hours (e.g. delivery completion, attendance, learning feedback) to derive insights for continuous improvement.
Culture related initiatives (20%)
- Support planning & execution for company wide engagement survey, well-being programs for employees, leadership conferences, quarterly onboarding program for employees, etc
Corporate communication on social media (20%)
- Proactively propose content strategy and own monthly content creation for HR department (focusing on People, Culture & Recognition, L&D & Capability Building)
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- English proficiency: fully fluent in verbal and written English to comfortably communicate with Group L&D, Learning Management System Team for learning reporting & ananalytics.
- Strong learner/service mindset, pro-active and willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical capability
- Comfortable with presenting and act as MC for internal company events.
- Experience with corporate communication on social media is a plus (content strategy, creating content and design visuals/video for social post for HR related activities, internal events, conference, etc)
Education
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
