About the Role
Responsible for inventory control, procurement coordination, and analytical reporting to ensure seamless supply chain operations. This role contributes to commercial efficiency and business continuity by delivering accurate stock insights and driving timely purchasing decisions that keep products available and inventory levels optimized.

What You Will Deliver

  • Monitor daily inventory reports and deliver timely summaries to internal stakeholders, covering active and inactive
  • Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), stock status including Out of Stock (OOS), fast-moving, slow-moving, and near-expiry products, as well as expected incoming stock across all warehouses
  • Plan and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) and inter-warehouse transfer plans, collaborating with the Materials Management (MM) team on both scheduled and ad-hoc requests to ensure adequate stock levels across all warehouses
  • Monitor inbound shipments through to successful release for sales at each warehouse, proactively resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting (FA) team and MM team to track invoices and payment status, preventing overdue or over-limit situations when placing orders
  • Manage and follow up on rebate schemes and discount programs from clients in collaboration with the MM and FA teams, ensuring accurate processing and timely Purchase Order placement
  • Maintain accurate stock values with correct Purchase Info Records (PIRs) throughout the month to support inventory integrity
  • Analyze inventory status to control stock levels and propose proactive actions, including timely replenishment recommendations for fast-moving products and stock clearance strategies for slow-moving and near-expiry items
  • Estimate required inventory quantities based on sales forecasts, actual sales performance, and other relevant inputs to update purchasing plans as early as possible
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and other required reports to support business visibility and decision-making
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as require

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken
