General Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Defining KPIs: define and track the metrics that matter the most to the business
  • Data cleansing: identify and resolve data quality issues, ensure for clean and reliable data
  • Troubleshooting errors: fix errors in reports or dashboards result from data consistencies
  • Analyzing data: identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to make informed decisions
  • Data interpretation: interpret data and provide insights into various aspects of the business
  • Ensuring data compliance: ensure data in the reports and analyses complied with industry regulations and internal governance policies
  • Data consistency: maintain data consistency across different systems and reports
  • Creating dashboards and reports: create interactive dashboards and reports
  • Custom reports for BU: tailor reports for specific departments
  • Storytelling with data: translate complex data into clear narratives to understand easily
  • Understand business requirements: understand objectives and determine suitable data
  • Providing actionable insights: give actionable recommendations for business outcomes
  • Empowering business users: help users gain access to data through self-service BI tools
  • Automating reports: work on automating recurring reports
  • Refining BI processes: enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of BI system

Requirements

  • Technical tool skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI (basic & advanced), SQL Querry, Python….
  • Analytic skills: identify trends, patterns and connect to business goals
  • Communication skills: good at English, presentation and cross-function & clients discussion
  • Business acumen and problem-solving skills: understanding business processes and providing data-driven solutions
  • Project management and continuous learning: manage multitasks and keep-up to date with new tools, trends, …
  • Industry-specific knowledge: KPIs, metrics and knowledge relating to FMCG
  • Minimum 04 years of experience in FMCG, especially in Business Intelligence role
