Job Summary
- Being responsible for territory: in-depth understanding of market environment and the territory conditions, Ophthalmologist & Optometrist insights, key decision makers and healthcare professionals; communication on stakeholder insights to internal associates and supports development of new business strategies; Liaising roles between customers and distributors; troubleshooting any concerns or product issues on field.
General Responsibilities
- Executing marketing plans in accordance with established guidelines and Topcon strategies.
- Do presentations to customers, make sure they understand the features and benefits of Topcon product
- Demo instruments: observation for feedback and reporting purposes, supporting customers.
- Timely/accurate report submissions and other special reports.
- Calls planned; accounts covered with appropriate frequency. Follow SFE tracking and reporting procedures.
- Responding to related stakeholders’ inquiries.
- Strategic planning of the accounts.
- Collecting information from legal sources in relation to market share.
- Be responsible for reporting any Product Complaint and Adverse Event related to Topcon products in Vietnam market within 24 hours and as per procedure provided by the Local Vigilance Representative (LVR).
- Participation in and completion of all Companies’ training sections (face-to-face and on-line).
- Follow DKSH’s policies, Code of Conducts, Anti-bribery of the Company.
- Other assignment as required
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in similar role and territory can be a plus.
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience preferable in a medical or pharmaceutical organisation
- Proficient Vietnamese, English is a plus (written & oral communication)
- Communication and presentation skills
