Job Summary
The eCommerce Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a strategic role in managing and optimizing relationships with key accounts in the digital marketplace. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading initiatives that align with DKSH’s eCommerce objectives.
General Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and profitability.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Lead initiatives to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and account operations.

Oversee e-store operations including promotions, pricing, content, stock availability, order management, and after-sales service.

Lead merchandising, consumer engagement, loyalty programs, and monthly promotions.

Track and report on account performance (weekly, monthly); conduct business reviews and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with Marketing, PMC, Design, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution.

Coordinate with external partners to support smooth business flow.

Lead negotiations for contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Functional Skills and Knowledge

Strong communication skills in English and local language.

Solid experience in e-retail management (outright & consignment models).

Proficiency in Seller Center, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of inventory management tools and techniques.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic market.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce.

2–3 years of experience in the eCommerce industry (platform or enabler preferred).
