Title: *Compliance Manager

General Responsibilities
- Operates within the scope of Group Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) mission under MCD’s assignment
- Liaises with (senior) stakeholders in Vietnam and within function on group level where needed
- Executes tasks assigned by MCD, aligned with the responsibilities of the country compliance function
- Assists MCD in implementing and maintaining the Group Compliance Program
- Conducts periodic compliance risk assessments and corresponding risk treatments, including ABAC (Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption) assessments and their annual monitoring.
- Manages other compliance monitoring activities, proposes CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and follows up to ensure completion
- In collaboration with relevant functions and in alignment with MCD, leads compliance audits or supports internal audits; engages confidently with auditors to clarify their findings and minimize risk ratings
- Oversees third-party risk management activities
- Assists in investigations as required
- Supports the supervisor in managing day-to-day compliance operations;
- Responds to basic risk and compliance queries from internal stakeholders regarding policies, procedures, and processes;
- Performs other compliance-related tasks as aligned and assigned by the supervisor
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of compliance related laws (Vietnam Anti-Corruption Laws, FCPA, UK BA, Sanction…, including country-specific related laws
- Demonstrate good at English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrate ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Demonstrate knowledge of adaptation of the law within the cultural/legal framework of country
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with across departments.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Law or Finance, Accounting or Auditing.
- Admission to Bar
