Job Responsibilities:

  • Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Key Account Strategies: Develop comprehensive processes and strategies for global and local trade channels to achieve overall objectives.
  • Team Management: Allocate customer accounts, establish budgets, key performance indicators, and tracking mechanisms for team success.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Proactively recommend business solutions by anticipating future customer needs.
  • Negotiations: Conduct annual negotiations with key customers, ensuring favorable trading terms and conditions to achieve targeted margins.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute 5P tactics and demand-marketing initiatives for maximum return on customer investments.
  • Promotional Evaluations: Drive post-evaluation of key promotions, refining customer tactics based on results.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data/reports for strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:
