Title:  Assistant Treasury

About The Role

The Treasury Assistant supports DKSH's Finance function by ensuring accurate and timely processing of treasury and banking transactions, contributing to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This role is integral to maintaining reliable cash records and supporting sound financial management across the business.

What You Will Deliver

• Execute accurate bank reconciliations and process Inbound Cash (IBC) and Outbound Cash (OBC) bookings to maintain reliable and up-to-date financial records.
• Record and book all treasury and banking-related transactions including foreign exchange (FX), internal transfers, interest income, bank charges, and deposits.
• Review and reconcile outstanding balances for resigned staff, approve Exit Forms, and follow up or escalate overdue cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
• 0 to 2 years of work experience in a finance or treasury environment
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of business and industry practices
• Understanding of accounting standards including Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), covering financial statements, general ledger, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP is preferred; Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
