Title:  Assistant Online Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

Support the planning, execution, and analysis of livestream sessions to drive customer engagement and sales. Responsible for delivering a minimum of 150 livestream sessions in Q1, reporting on performance, and supporting other assigned tasks.

General Responsibilities

· Execute livestream sessions according to the assigned schedule, ensuring a minimum of 150 sessions in Q1.

· Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of each livestream session, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and high-quality content during livestreams.

· Support other tasks as assigned by management.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

· Demonstrated understanding of eCommerce and livestreaming platforms.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

· Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

· Experience in livestreaming or digital marketing is an advantage.

Education

· Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
