Title:  Assistant Omni-Channel Sales & Marketing

1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage content on digital platforms (upload, edit, remove) in collaboration with the DevOps team.

• Assist with platform development projects, including testing new features before launch.

• Analyze data, create reports, and provide customer insights.

• Support customers and sales teams with platform issues.

• Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and emails.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager 

2. REQUIREMENTS 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
