About The Role
The Executive, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) plays a pivotal role in strengthening commercial performance by implementing effective processes, tools, and data-driven insights across the business. This role partners closely with the Sales and Business teams to translate analytics into actionable decisions that drive commercial excellence and sustainable growth.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead and manage Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives to optimize sales force performance and execution quality across the business line
- Drive target setting, territory alignment, segmentation, incentive calculation, and sales resource allocation to ensure fair, accurate, and timely outcomes for the sales team
- Monitor and govern incentive schemes and performance tracking methodologies to uphold accuracy, transparency, and compliance
- Track and improve key SFE metrics including call productivity, coverage effectiveness, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with business expectations and organizational goals
- Strengthen data flows between systems to maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of sales information
- Conduct sales performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders that support informed commercial decision-making
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to evolving business needs
