Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, Sales Force Automation enables sales operations through new tool development, tool usage training for sales team, and effective management of digital apps. This role ensures high system reliability, strong user adoption, and compliance with healthcare distribution standards, directly impacting sales execution and service quality.
General Responsibilities
SFA solution development (70%)
- Work independently to gather requirements, analyze business needs, identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into technical specifications.
- Propose enhancements or new tools to improve order capturing, reporting, and productivity
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business solutions supporting commercial operations (sales, distribution, analytics, master data, etc.).
- Manage transition of the CRM system
- Standardize usage processes across business lines to ensure consistency understanding
- Administer and optimize sales-support systems (e.g., Connect Plus, Easy Order, Eagle Eye dashboard) used by internal and external sales teams
- Deliver onboarding and refresher training tailored to field sales workflows
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
System management & user support (30%)
- Manage user roles and access rights in line with internal controls and audit requirements
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, provide frontline support for sales reps, supervisors, and distributors on system usage
- Plan and execute internal audit related to user access rights and other data security issues
- Support audit activities related to system usage and data handling
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Experience requirements: 3-5 years in similar roles
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, self-driven mindset
- Proven experience implementing or supporting business solutions
- Strong service mindset toward sales teams and distributors
- Familiarity with CRM / SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools
- Experience in SOP / documentation in regulated industries is preferred
- High attention to detail, especially in regulated environments
- Clear communication and training delivery for non-technical users
- Ability to translate sales and distribution needs into system improvements
- Stakeholder management across Sales, IT, and external parties
- Technical skills (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, other programming languages are a plus)
