About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Pharmacovigilance is a key contributor to DKSH's commitment to product safety and regulatory compliance across its portfolio. This role ensures that pharmacovigilance standards are consistently upheld, protecting patients, partners, and the organization within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. 

What You Will Deliver

  • Monitor, collect, and report product safety information to VN MOH and the company’s stakeholders as request.
  • Provide training for employees on PV reporting procedures.
  • Build up PV SOPs
  • Update new PV regulations/laws timely
  • Handle and manage PV-related audits/inspections
  • Handle PV agreements or PV-related clauses in agreements with the company’s stakeholders
  • Handle PV-related requests and communications from VN MOH and the company’s stakeholders
  • Ensure proper archiving of PV documents
  • Review literature reports timely
  • Report to company management upon request
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge, comprehension and applications of local regulations
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharma or related disciplines
