Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Online Sales & Marketing will play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy and performance of our online sales initiatives. This position involves managing a dynamic team of Key Account Managers, a Livestream Specialist, and a Merchandiser to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing performance reports, managing client relationships, and providing training support to the team. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist in business development efforts to expand market reach and drive growth.

General Responsibilities

50%: Commercial Strategy & Performance

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive online sales growth and improve overall performance.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

- Prepare detailed performance reports outlining sales metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights for the team and management.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Key Account Managers (KAMs), providing constructive feedback and guidance to optimize their effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product launches.

30%: Internal and External Management

- Facilitate effective internal communications to ensure alignment across departments regarding sales objectives and strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Manage customer engagement on online platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.

- Design and deliver training programs for KAMs to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with KAMs, providing mentorship and support to foster professional development.

20%: Business Development Support

- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

- Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.

- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish valuable connections.

- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and market research to inform future business strategies and initiatives.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Effective communication skills in English,
  • E-retail management experiences (outright & consignment model)
  • Proficient in using Seller Center, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP,..)
  • Proficiency in inventory management techniques and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to details.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Team management
  • Working experience in ecommerce industry (Platform, Enabler is preferred)

Education

Bachelor qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce
