Job Summary

Manage overall implementation and execution of HR operational services (e.g. policies, programs, processes and systems, etc.) to meet business objectives in partnership with business and HR teams

General Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Manage day-to-day implementation of HR services in line with global HR strategy and delivery to provide innovative, efficient, effective and business aligned HR services
  • Manage HR operational excellence by tracking key performance metrics and HR insource/outsource activities, in line with global HR strategy
  • Manage, implement and communicate HR program roll-out details by providing updates to show visibility of key HR milestones/progress
  • Contribute to the formulation of country-specific HR policies, procedures, systems and initiatives using feedback gathered from business operations
  • Monitor HR performance metrics using and share functional dashboards/scorecards with comprehensive analytics with the business and HR teams
  • Involve subject matter experts from HR functional teams and cross-functional channels to coordinate HR continuous improvement processes/efforts
  • Implement continuous HR improvement activities to provide effective HR services (e.g. processes, tools, etc.) complying to Group HR's process and procedures
  • Track and monitor utilization of HR budgets and analyze trends (e.g. using reports, analytics, dashboards, etc.)
  • Manage HR vendors to effectively deliver HR services within agreed service levels and issues resolution
  • Collabrate with country HR functional teams to implement activities to create HR effectiveness and capability levels
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with functional heads and business leaders

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrate experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and lean process improvement strategies (e.g. six sigma techniques)
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar related discipline is preferred
