General Responsibilities
- Be a digital marketing expert consultant, helping to strengthen the digital marketing strategy.
- Work closely with sales and oversee initiatives to meet digital sales objectives.
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with country teams and other business functions to drive e-commerce sales through contribution of digital media.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Take a proactive role in hands-on ad operations, actively participating in the setup, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
- Implement advanced targeting strategies, keyword optimization, and ad creative testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make real-time adjustments, ensuring the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data, contributing to the continuous improvement of digital marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-related issues promptly, demonstrating a hands-on approach to optimizing campaign delivery.
- Occasionally providing training and workshops to team members or clients on the latest ad operations techniques and best practices, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing within the digital marketing team.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Consult, lead, and build strong relationships with internal DKSH stakeholders – become internal thought leader and subject matter expert for Digital Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience in setting up, optimizing, and monitoring marketplace on-platform ad solutions (mostly Lazada and Shopee) and off-site ad solutions (Meta CPAS, Google Search, Google Shopping Ads).
- Good knowledge of B2C Performance Marketing channels including, but not limited marketing place onsite advertising, display & native advertising, search engine marketing, social media, affiliate & KOL marketing.
- Develop and execute innovative B2C digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and maximize ROAS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and brand teams to plan and execute effective digital media campaigns both onsite and offsite.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance for brands using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proven experience in media planning, buying and optimization for lead and conversion campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion within a demanding timeline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage difficult clients as well as internal stakeholder.
- Fluent writing and verbal communications in English
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education
Bachelor, Master’s Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or Strategic Management
