Job summary

To act as the main support to the higher management in managing existing customer contracts, as well as owning some of operations relate to connecting other parties to ensure that customer contract management activities work well and in line with SOP of company. You will be responsible for being the key person for any issues or queries on the customer contracts allocated to you as well as ensuring all of the activities meet their process. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing contract data, establishing quality expectations and ensure those expectations to be complied with regulation of organs as well as policy’s company.

General Responsibilities

• Provide timely to follow and work with internal Depts. during the contract lifetime as required.

• Apply commercial acumen to highlight and mitigate commercial risks relating to customer’s contract.

• Work with brand representatives and/or relevant departments to ensure contracts are executed in compliance with current regulations, on time, and successfully.

• Maintain comprehension in managing contract team to get the efficiency.

• Attend and where necessary, facilitate meetings of relevant Dept. when required on your allocated customer contracts.

• Assist your manager in how to build and run the customer contract management team efficiently.

• Engage and partner with legal entities and other parties as required.

• Coordinate activities amongst different groups, taking a lead to ensure deliverables are met.

• Any other work as instructed by your manager. 

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• 2-5 years as a Customer Contract Management or similar role.

• The ability to understand system logic to operate the company's e-contract system.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including commercial and contractual analysis and drafting experience.

• Good commercial and contractual acumen.

• Good awareness of risk management and how to mitigate risks.

• Knowledge in data profiling, root cause analysis, and quality improvement.

• Ability to work within a matrix organization. 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
