Job Summary
General Responsibilities
- Analyze data from the CRM system, applying statistical techniques to produce reports; transform data into actionable insights to support business operations.
- Manage the use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions with existing and potential customers; oversee customer data management, segmentation, and go-to-market approach.
- Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of sales incentive and bonus payouts for the sales force.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand business needs, customize solutions to improve effectiveness; implement and monitor plans and initiatives to enhance sales force productivity.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of sales force performance; identify key gaps and development needs, and propose appropriate improvement solutions.Improve data flows between systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in reporting and analytics tools, including advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL; knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Able to propose and implement technical solutions effectively.
- Fluent in English for communication with stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience in data analysis within market research or customer service/contact center environments is a plus.
