Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, Sales Force Automation plays a key role in designing, delivering, and maintaining commercial digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical capability, independent execution, proactive ownership, and hands-on experience implementing similar business systems or automation solutions.
General Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business solutions supporting commercial operations (sales, distribution, analytics, master data, etc.).
- Work independently to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end solution development from design, configuration, testing, to deployment.
- Manage Commercial Excellence team applications (Connect Plus, Easy Order…) and exploit data for solving business problems.
- Identify system gaps and proactively propose improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure solution adoption and continuous improvement.
- Provide documentation, user training, and technical support when required.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a dynamic market.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting business solutions.
- Strong technical skills in solution development, data processing (SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA); programming languages (Python, R, JavaScript…) are nice to have.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
Education
- Bachelor Degree, ideally with Data Analytics, Data Management, IT or Economics

Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
