Title: *Assistant HRIS

Key Responsibilities
- HRIS System & Reporting
- Perform day-to-day HRIS administration: user support, troubleshooting, data input, and validation.
- Support in distribute HR dashboards and analytics (e.g., attendance, attrition, payroll summaries).
- Document HRIS processes and prepare user guidelines for HR and employees.
- HR Projects & Administration
- Assist in HR-related projects (system upgrades, new module implementation, automation initiatives).
- Support annual processes such as performance evaluation cycles, monthly/quarterly/annually reporting.
- Handle HRIS-related administrative tasks, including vendor payments and tracking.
- Employee Support & Communication
- Provide guidance and first-line support to employees (especially blue-collar workers) on HRIS or related issues.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with employees, explaining HR processes and policies in simple terms.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (payroll, tax, social insurance, employee services).
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law.
- Experience supporting blue-collar employees preferred.
- Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially during peak HR cycles.
- Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel required; dashboards/Power BI a plus).
- English proficiency (speaking & writing).
- Basic HRIS knowledge (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HRIS, or similar).
- Personal Qualities: Honest, independent, proactive.
