Title:  Application Engineer (Analytical Instruments)

Job Summary

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product knowledge and application support for analytical instruments.

General Responsibilities

• Understand the theory and operating principles of assigned analytical instruments

• Operate analytical instruments proficiently

• Support product presentation, explanation, and technical consultation to customers

• Understand different configurations and specifications of analytical instruments

• Manage demo lab equipment and company assets

• Provide training, guidance, and technical documentation

• Support hands-on operation and practical application of analytical instruments

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Experience working in an analytical laboratory or in application support for analytical instruments is preferred

• Knowledge of analytical instruments such as:

- Thermal analysis (DSC, TGA)

- Rheology instruments

- XRF, XRD

- Particle size analyzers

- Other related analytical equipment

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical knowledge

• Good presentation and customer communication skills

• English: able to read technical documents and communicate

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or Physical Chemistry
