Title:  Accountant Accounts Payable

About The Role

Accountant Accounts Payable  supports DKSH's Finance function by managing payment voucher processing and accounts payable activities, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of general ledger operations. This role is foundational to ensuring timely and compliant financial transactions that underpin DKSH's day-to-day operational effectiveness.

What You Will Deliver

• Support the Accounting team in managing all payment requests received from other functions, ensuring accurate allocation and timely processing of Payment Vouchers (PVs) to the booking team.
• Provide updates and guidance on PV status and processing procedures to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Process and record advance payments to vendors accurately and in accordance with established accounting procedures.
• Reconcile and clear long-aging accounts including accounts payable and staff-related accounts to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Up to 6 months of experience in a similar accounting role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and local and international accounting standards and practices
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting applications is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Fluency in Vietnamese; English communication skills are an advantage, both written and spoken
