Job Summary

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team in Hamburg as part of our DACH HR team. In this role, you will journey across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. If you enjoy taking ownership, working independently, and using modern tools including AI to drive smarter ways of working, this is your chance to shape and grow with us.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including coordination of onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers across the DACH region on administrative HR topics
• Support HR Managers and collaborate with HR colleagues on HR operations, trainings, and engagement activities
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting activities
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and annual processes
• Maintain organizational charts and HR records up to date throughout the employee lifecycle

Your Profile

• Prior experience in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or a similar role, ideally within an international or multi-country environment is a plus
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in German and English; French is a plus
• Proven expertise with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is preferred
• Strong resilience to navigate through challenges
• Self-starter, curious with proven ability to work with different stakeholder groups
• Flexibility to travel to Switzerland (approximately 10%)
