Ready for your next career step? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen our Finance team in Hamburg and play a key role in supporting our financial success.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing business transactions independently across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets accounting 
• Handle account reconciliations, clear open items, and maintain accurate bookings in line with IFRS and HGB standards 
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements under IFRS, as well as the local annual financial statements under HGB 
• Collaborate with other departments on internal analyses, reporting, and ensuring account accuracy 
• Take part in initiatives to streamline, optimize, and digitize our financial processes 

Your Profile

• Prior experience in financial accounting combined with a commercial background, additional qualification as a certified accountant is a plus
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (SAP FICO)
• Proficient with MS Office tools, Advanced excel skills required
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in German and English
• Take initiative and tackle tasks in an organized, analytical manner 
• Thrive under pressure, staying reliable and responsible even in challenging situations 
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, able to maintain an overview in dynamic and fast-paced environments
