General responsibilities
- Identified selling possibilities and evaluated customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, visiting, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepared and delivered appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Created frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Also, make a weekly plan and report of customer visiting must be needed.
- Participated on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiated/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Supervise team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Followed and monitored the goods delivery meet with customer agreement and on due.
- Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Science or Engineering or related in field of chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, biotechnology and related, except, computer, mathematics and statistic.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- 2-3 years’ sales team leader is preferable.
- Driving your own car with driver's license. Also, sometimes able to travel upcountry.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Flexible in working hours when required
