General responsibilities 

  • Identified selling possibilities and evaluated customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, visiting, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepared and delivered appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Created frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Also, make a weekly plan and report of customer visiting must be needed.
  • Participated on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiated/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Supervise team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Followed and monitored the goods delivery meet with customer agreement and on due.
  • Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Science or Engineering or related in field of chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, biotechnology and related, except, computer, mathematics and statistic.
  • Good command in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • 2-3 years’ sales team leader is preferable.
  • Driving your own car with driver's license. Also, sometimes able to travel upcountry.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Flexible in working hours when required
