About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor at DKSH, you lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Promoters to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets across the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in Vietnam. Your leadership directly drives in-store execution excellence and strengthens DKSH's customer relationships in a competitive and dynamic market.

What You Will Deliver

  • Set monthly sales and distribution targets for Sales Representatives and Promoters, ensuring objectives are well-defined, aligned with business priorities, and achievable.
  • Direct, coach, supervise, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sustain high levels of field performance.
  • Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews with Sales Representatives to identify in-market execution gaps and implement corrective actions with speed and precision.
  • Support the sales team in resolving day-to-day operational challenges and foster strong, productive relationships with supermarkets and key clients.
  • Carry out daily market checks to uphold excellent in-store execution standards and visit retailers regularly to ensure satisfaction with team service and performance.
  • Guide the sales team in gathering timely and reliable market intelligence, including consumer behavior trends and competitor activity, to support informed business decisions.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a recognized College or University.Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant sales role within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.Solid knowledge of marketing, commerce, and sales practices within the FMCG industry.Strong communication skills with the ability to build and sustain productive relationships with customers and clients.Proven leadership capability with effective time management skills to coach, guide, and develop a field sales team.
