About the Role
As a Sales Representative at DKSH, you are at the forefront of driving revenue growth and market presence within your assigned territory in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Your ability to build lasting customer relationships and execute sales activities with discipline directly contributes to DKSH's commercial success across grocery and traditional trade channels in Vietnam.
What You Will Deliver
- Achieve assigned business and operational targets by executing well-planned, customer-focused sales activities across your designated territory.
- Introduce, promote, and sell the company's products to customers in the grocery channel, traditional markets, and other assigned accounts, following the designated route plan and providing product display guidance to maximize visibility.
- Implement promotional programs, company policies, and product information effectively, ensuring consistent and accurate communication to customers.
- Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in accordance with the work schedule and company procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory, delivering reliable support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report competitive intelligence, including information on competing products, to support management in refining sales and marketing strategies.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- High School diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant sales role within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Foundational knowledge of marketing, commerce, and sales practices within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships.
