Description: 
    • Ensure all goods in the warehouse are inventoried daily, monthly, and quarterly as required.
    • Ensure all goods in the warehouse match between physical stock and the system.
    • Identify the causes of inventory discrepancies and take timely corrective measures.
    • Send daily reports on inventory discrepancies.
    • Check product expiration dates in the system daily to detect and report items nearing expiration or expired.
    • Monitor all goods in the warehouse and take timely action when needed.
    • Prepare delivery notes for goods issued as requested, track and report these delivery notes.
    • Receive warehouse transfer orders from the planning department and suppliers to create outbound orders as required.
    • Handle, monitor, and report internal customer complaints.
    • Record warehouse temperature daily, report any cases where temperature exceeds the permitted range, and note any irregularities in equipment operation.
