Receiving Goods

• Receive and inspect goods.
• Check quantity, batch number, product name, expiry date, and actual condition against invoices and documents.
• Record all product details on the Inspection Form and forward them to relevant departments.

🚚 Dispatching Goods

• Ensure all orders are picked, checked, packed, and delivered on schedule.

🛠 Other Tasks

• Report any discrepancies, losses, or damages to the supervisor immediately upon discovery.
• Record temperature and humidity in the assigned area.
• Keep the workplace tidy and clean on a daily basis.
• Perform daily stock checks.
• Maintain products in the best possible condition.
• Carry out necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Team Leader.
• Comply with and follow all issued regulations, procedures, and company rules.
• Be ready to take on new assignments when delegated.
