ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for the SCE business line.

Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent technical service and solutions for customers.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.

Oversee and collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively, maximizing value for the company.

Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.

Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.

Take ownership of the P&L for the SCE business line, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical support, and supply chain to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS
Functional skills and knowledge

Proven track record of successful sales management in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry.

Deep understanding of the SCE industry, products, and market trends.

Demonstrated P&L management experience with a focus on financial results.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; master's degree preferred.
Work experience

Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role.

Minimum two to eight years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
