Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints and feedback, ensure service quality and customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
General Responsibilities
- Work a very important role from end to end delivery, from sales to cash. Order process timely、effective and positive. Firm response customers' new SO within 2 working day.
- Arrange & follow up goods delivery until it is well received by customers, billing on time and correctly. Help sales team to follow up AR.
- Support to sales team. Supply sales report to sales managers on time and provide other necessary services and support to the sales manager.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Work as a role of window person to coordinate and link to all departments across the company.
- Timely handling of customer complaints to satisfy customers and key in the complaints in system on time.
- Build up good relationship with customers and other function team.
- Customer Master Data Maintenance.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and equivalent work experience.
- You have the ability to do detailed work and proactively meet customers’ needs. Good learning ability and can handle work independently. Possess strong data processing and analytical capabilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint) and SAP.
- Customer management and good relationship management skill and communication skill.
- Basic oral and written English skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and equivalent work experience.
