The Supply Chain Management Coordinator will manage and coordinate third-party manufacturing, raw material procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities to ensure production requirements are met and finished goods are delivered accurately and on time to support customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate third-party manufacturing operations across multiple 3PL and toll manufacturing partners
- Create and maintain production orders, and manufacturing data within SAP
- Procure local sourced raw materials, packaging, labels, and other production-related materials to support manufacturing schedules
- Manage and coordinate stock transfer orders (STOs) between warehouses and toll manufacturing facilities for both inbound raw material movements and outbound finished goods
- Receipt finished goods and review supporting production documentation, including batch records, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and supplier invoices
- Liaise with Demand Planning, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing partners to ensure production requirements are met
- Monitor MRP and inventory requirements, expediting materials and communicating supply risks or delays
- Coordinate transport bookings and logistics activities for material movements between suppliers, tollers, warehouses, and customers
- Act as the primary contact for inventory and production-related enquiries from internal teams and external manufacturing partners
- Maintain batch traceability and inventory accuracy through regular reconciliations
- Coordinate bulk product handling activities, including decanting, repacking, IBC filling, and ISO container movements
- Manage inventory and procurement of IBCs, drums, liners, labels, and other packaging assets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain, manufacturing coordination, inventory management, procurement, or logistics role
- Experience working with third-party manufacturers, warehouses, or contract manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience managing inventory transactions, stock reconciliations, batch traceability, and stock control activities
