We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Agri-blending and packing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing blending and down-packing processes, with a strong focus on automation and filling line operations.

General Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the blending and packing facility, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with environmental and safety standards
• Plan and utilize resources effectively to deliver on time in a dynamic market
• Control costs efficiently
• Implement and optimize automation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity on the packing line
• Develop and refine factory layouts to maximize operational flow and reduce waste
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to minimize downtime

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering
• Proven experience in operations management with a strong safety culture within the liquid manufacturing industry, specifically in blending and packing
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies and experience with modern filling line operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on operational efficiency
• Effective planning and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in working with production equipment suppliers
