General Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with cross-functional and departmental projects, including financial analysis, reporting, and implementation support
• Support sales tax reporting, compliance, and related analysis (experience preferred)
• Improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Finance, or Accounting
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Experience assisting with cross-functional projects
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding or experience with sales tax compliance/reporting (beneficial)
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, BI tools preferred)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
