If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Manager, Personal Care Industry. Preferably based in Copenhagen, you will play a key part in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Personal Care team in the Nordics.
DKSH Nordic is part of DKSH Holding, which is a publicly listed company with headquarters in Switzerland. Our Nordic team deals in chemical products from foreign manufacturers, which we distribute via warehouses to more than 400 customers in the Nordics and the Baltic countries. We operate in various industries, including food & beverage, personal care, medical products and industrial raw materials.
What You Will Deliver
- Responsible for sales of specialty products for the cosmetics industry
- Grow sales and develop business relationships with new and existing customers through technical support and regular customer visits
- Accountable for the margin and achieving the agreed-upon growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with our global suppliers
- Conduct competitor mapping, market surveys, and innovation scouting. Stay ahead of regulatory trends and changes that impact the industry
What You Bring
- Degree in Life Sciences, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or a similar related discipline
- Strong experience in formulation with direct lab experience in R&D
- Relevant sales experience with raw materials for the cosmetics industry in the Nordics as an added advantage
- Strong interest in innovative marketing of raw materials
- High level of resilience, organizational skills, and independence
- Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, self-driven
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
- Proficient in English and Danish
- Ideally based in Copenhagen
