The Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing the overall operations of patient assistance programs to ensure timely, compliant, and continuous support for patients throughout their treatment journey. This role works closely with cross-functional internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders, overseeing program quality, timelines, and budgets while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements to deliver best-in-class, patient-centric care.
Patient Assistance Program(PAP)主管負責規劃、管理並優化病患協助計畫之整體運作,確保病患能即時、持續且合規地獲得治療支持。此職位需與內部跨部門團隊及外部醫療端夥伴密切合作,監督專案品質、進度與預算,並確保所有計畫執行符合相關法規與公司政策,以提供高品質且以病患為中心的照護服務。 

1. Responsible for managing Patient Assitant Program (PAP) activities with high quality standards, delivered on time and within defined budget
負責病患協助計畫(Patient Assistant Program, PAP)之整體管理,確保服務品質、準時交付並符合既定預算 

2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve PAP operational processes, including patient enrollment, eligibility verification, service tracking, and program closure, to enhance treatment adherence and service consistency
建立並優化 PAP 作業流程(包含病患收案、資格審核、服務追蹤與結案),以提升病患治療依從性與服務一致性 

3. Develop and maintain close working relationships with physicians utilizing the Client's products in relevant therapeutic areas
與使用客戶產品之相關治療領域醫師建立並維持良好合作關係 

4. Monitor, analyze, and report PAP key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and program effectiveness
定期追蹤並分析 PAP 成效指標(KPI),提出改善方案以提升病患體驗與專案成效
