General Responsibilities

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

Ÿ   Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Ÿ   Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Ÿ   Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

Ÿ   Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Ÿ   Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries

Ÿ   Collect payment and make bank deposition

Ÿ   Follow the direction and guideline stated in DKSH Freight & Transportation SOPs

Ÿ   Ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and

passionate about satisfying clients.

Ÿ   Report any issues if found wrong direction while performing tasks

Ÿ   Other's task assigns by manager

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation

Ÿ   Strong Physically and committed to work

Ÿ   Hard working and punctuality degree

Education

Diploma or high school certificate

Ÿ   Driving license
